Glamorous interior designer and regular consultant on HGTV, Lori Dennis, dishes with Host Glass on when and how to redecorate your home after a divorce. Lori Dennis specializes in male redecorating and shares details of one of the most unusual “changes” she was ever asked to provide. As the story goes, she was asked to provide a suite of rooms on the home’s second floor where she designed rooms for “Bella” the dog, who was given a bathing quarters, a workout room, and lavish sleeping quarters! The suite was outfitted to be immediately next door to the master suite. She emphasizes the importance of asking oneself how they want to be viewed by a potential new suitor who visits and who it may or may not attract as a new mate. Lori Dennis – high class Beverly Hills interior designer, who has appeared on HGTV, specializes in helping recently divorced males (mostly) redesign their existing residences or trick out their new ones. She shared what choices they asked for when approaching her for help, and how she guides them to the other side. Without naming names, she tells THG audience about one client who she had to design an entire upper story suite for the man’s dog, complete with bathing room, bedroom and all the rest! Audience members were thoroughly entertained with her shared stories and explanations and justifications as to why her customers wanted the changes they insisted on. Glass asked Lori to take him and THG viewers on a before-and-after tour in the coming months. Ms. Dennis agreed to do so. Stay tuned for that episode, which air date we will post well ahead of time.
